Skala och hacka den gula l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken. Skala och t\u00e4rna moroten. Blanda samman l\u00f6k, morot, olja, balsamvin\u00e4ger och vatten till marinaden. Smula ner lagerblad, timjan och rosmarin.<br \/>\n2. L\u00e5t k\u00f6ttet marinera minst 1 timme f\u00f6re grillning. Skala och ansa gr\u00f6nsakerna och sk\u00e4r dem i mindre bitar. Grilla kotletterna \u00f6ver god gl\u00f6d, s\u00e5 att ytan blir vackert brynt men k\u00f6ttet inuti bara svagt rosa, det tar ca 3 minuter per sida. Pressa ner vitl\u00f6ken och tills\u00e4tt spiskummin. R\u00f6r om.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vitt vin och k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater. L\u00e5t sjuda i ca 12-15 minuter. V\u00e4nd ner den grovhackade persiljan och smaka av med salt och peppar.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll upp h\u00e4lften av f\u00e4rsen i en ugnsfast form. F\u00f6rdela potatisskivorna ovanp\u00e5. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 resten av f\u00e4rsen.<br \/>\nRiv osten och blanda med cr\u00e9me fraiche. Salta och peppra.<br \/>\nGratinera i ugn p\u00e5 200\u00b0 i ca 3 minuter tills grat\u00e4ngen \u00e4r vackert gyllene.<br \/>\nSk\u00f6lj och arrangera salladen tillsammans med halverade k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater i en sk\u00e5l.
